You should learn how to dance Afrobeat

Afrobeat is a musical style that originated in West Africa, especially in Nigeria, which has spread around the world, inspiring the hearts and bodies of people around the globe. One thing is true about Afrobeat: Afrobeat means fun, joy, and it is very good for health and well-being. After all, who doesn’t like to laugh, be happy, move their bodies, make friends while dancing?

As you may already know, this weekend, on September 4, 2021, we will be offering a Dance Bootcamp, featuring one of Europe’s top Afrodance experts, Akram Bouchiba. The course involves learning and practicing Afrobeat, Kuduro, and Afrohouse. But if you can’t join us at the Dance Bootcamp, that’s fine. We regularly offer Afrobeat classes at our school here in Bern! Just take a look at the video below:
